Mullite Insulation Brick Description
The 3Al₂O₃•2SiO₂ is as principal crystalline phase and binder phase of light weight mullite brick, choose the excellent high purity refractory powder, according to the products requirement proportion, add organic compound filler, it is a new kind of insulation refractory material made by vacuum extrusion molding, high temperature sintering and preparation and processing.
Besides mineral composition– 3Al₂O₃•2SiO₂, the mullite brick with low alumina oxide has small amount of glass phase and cristbalite; The mullite brick with high alumina oxide has small amount of corundum.
