High Alumina Refractory Cement Description
High alumina refractory cement, also known as fireproof cement, calcium aluminate cement, or bauxite cement, is a kind of hydraulic binding aluminate material widely used in high-temperature applications. High alumina refractory cement’s primary raw material is bauxite. High alumina refractory cement is produced by mixing low calcium aluminate refractory cement clinker and high alumina cement clinker in a proper proportion and finally ground into fine powder. Aluminate refractory cement has good high-temperature strength, wear resistance, and thermal insulation properties and is suitable to be used for the refractory lining of some high-temperature kilns and furnaces as well as high-temperature projects that suffer long-term atmospheric or rain erosions.
