Rongsheng Kiln Refractory, Professional Refractory Manufacturer, is located in the refractory capital– Xinmi City, Henan Province. The rich bauxite, coal resources, and convenient transportation provide a unique condition for the production and service of refractory materials. Our company is established in the early 90s, after continuous innovation and development, it has become a comprehensive enterprise of refractory material for metallurgy, electric power, building materials, chemical engineering, glass, and non-ferrous metals, and we own the independent right of import and export.
There are more than 180 employees in existence, including more than 20 professionals. RS factory has 3 full-automatic assembly lines with stereotyped, unshaped monolithic refractory materials products and thermal insulation materials. The main production facility consists of eight sets of 400-ton press machines, six sets of 315-ton press machines, 5 sets of 750-type strong sand milling machines, 3 sets of fine powder machines, 3 sets of double-roll crusher, a 128M tunnel kiln production line for the automatic temperature control system of a double stage gas generator with the complete refractory material physical and chemical detection device and checks system. And our newly established an environmentally friendly fully automatic monolithic refractory production line with an annual output of 80,000 tons. Our unshaped monolithic refractories are including the refractory castables, such as wear-resistance castable, corundum castable, low cement high strength castable, self-flowing refractory castable material, and plastic refractory, etc.
The main refractory bricks products of our company for different industries are high alumina bricks, clay bricks, lightweight insulating bricks, etc. Various wear-resistant bricks, corundum bricks, mullite bricks, and other anchor refractory bricks materials are used in the boiler furnaces. The cement industry uses anti-stripping high alumina brick, alkali-resistant brick, and phosphate brick.
